Today we Balanced using pieces of equipment.
First we the rugby ball's and balance on one foot and threw the rugby ball to our partner. This was hard because I'm not good at balancing.
Second we tried balancing hockey ball. It was hard to bend fornt leg while keep myself len forward while playing hockey.
I thought frisbee will be easy to throw but it was hard to balance myself on one foot was a bit challenging to balance my whole body before throwing the frisbee.
after that we tried balancing the basketball but it standing on one leg made it hard to dribble and pass the other partner.
Last we tried passing netball with one foot and balancing out whole body on one foot was hard and it made us throw the ball not far.
